1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the TymeFlow platform ("Service"), provided by TymeFlow Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access merchant features, you must register a tenant account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify TymeFlow immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. Registration Fee & Service Charge Pricing Model

TymeFlow operates on a transparent pay-as-you-grow model with zero recurring monthly subscription fees:

• One-Time System Registration Fee: A one-time initial payment is required to register and activate your merchant tenant account within the TymeFlow system.
• Booking Service Charge: Based on the total monetary value of completed customer service bookings, a percentage service charge is calculated and processed.
• No Monthly Subscriptions: TymeFlow does not charge recurring monthly subscription fees or hidden per-seat costs. You only pay the one-time registration and the service charge per booking value.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited SMS or email communications ("spam") to booking clients.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or breach the security of our infrastructure or APIs.
• Hosting fraudulent services, misleading offerings, or infringing intellectual property rights.

5. Service Availability & Modification

We strive to maintain a 99.9% platform uptime SLA. However, TymeFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or system upgrades with reasonable advance notice.

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain all ownership rights to your merchant profile, service offerings, and client appointment records. TymeFlow processes client booking data solely on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TymeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
